1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the document:

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ph925. By completing the ph925 registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in full and understand their content.
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions without reservation.

3 Eligibility

4 Account Registration

To participate in real-money gaming on ph925, you must register a player account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. The following terms govern your ph925 account:

• One Account Rule: Each individual may maintain only one active ph925 account at any time. Registering or attempting to register more than one account — whether using different personal details, email addresses, mobile numbers, or devices — is strictly prohibited.
• Accuracy of Information: All information provided during registration and at any subsequent time must be truthful and accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must notify ph925 promptly of any changes via the support channel.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

ph925 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process is designed to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) requirements and to protect both the platform and its players from fraudulent activity.

To complete KYC verification on your ph925 account, you will be required to submit the following:

• A clear copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, Passport, UMID, Driver's License, Voter's ID, or PRC ID).

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits. ph925 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the platform, including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, QR Ph, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit on ph925 is ₱100. Deposits made through all supported payment methods are credited to your ph925 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider — typically within 60 seconds for GCash and other e-wallet methods.

6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by verified account holders. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering principles. 7 Bonuses & Promotions

Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinating with other players to generate artificial wagering volume, or using technical exploits to circumvent bonus restrictions.

8 Gameplay Rules

8.1 Game Availability. ph925 reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or remove games from its platform at any time without prior notice. The availability of specific games may vary due to technical maintenance, provider licensing restrictions, or regulatory requirements.

8.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error that affects a game round in progress, ph925 will endeavor to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected round may be voided and any wagers placed during the malfunctioning round returned to the player's account. ph925 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

8.3 Erroneous Odds or Payouts. ph925 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a clearly erroneous odds quotation, payout display, or game configuration was published due to a technical or human error. Players who knowingly exploit such errors will have affected winnings voided and may face account suspension.

8.4 Acceptance of Results. All game outcomes on ph925 are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or conducted by professional live dealers under monitored studio conditions. By participating in any game on ph925, you accept that the results produced by these systems are final, subject only to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 14.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ph925 platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph925 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, interface design, and the overall platform architecture — is the property of ph925 or its content and technology licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

ph925 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to:

12 Limitation of Liability

12.3 ph925's total aggregate liability to any individual player arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit ph925's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter where liability cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13 Suspension & Termination

13.1 By ph925. ph925 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions by the account holder.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.
• Receipt of a valid request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• Detection of suspicious activity indicating potential money laundering, fraud, or other criminal conduct.
• Reasonable grounds to believe the account holder no longer meets the eligibility requirements in Section 3.

13.2 By the Player. You may request closure of your ph925 account at any time by contacting ph925 support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method following completion of applicable verification procedures.

13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure — whether initiated by ph925 or by the player — your license to use the ph925 platform immediately terminates. Any bonus funds or promotional credits in your account at the time of closure are forfeited and will not be paid out.

14 Dispute Resolution

14.1 Internal Process. If you have a dispute regarding any aspect of your ph925 account, a game outcome, a transaction, or the application of these Terms, you must first contact ph925 support to initiate the internal dispute resolution process. ph925 will investigate all formally submitted disputes and provide a written response within 10 business days of receipt.

14.2 Escalation. If you are not satisfied with ph925's internal dispute resolution outcome, you may escalate the matter to the relevant gaming regulatory authority applicable to ph925's operation. ph925 will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation and abide by the regulator's determination.

14.3 Limitation Period. Any dispute claim must be submitted to ph925 within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. ph925 will not investigate or consider claims submitted outside of this limitation period.

14.4 No Class Actions. All disputes with ph925 must be brought on an individual basis. You agree not to participate in any class action, collective proceeding, or representative action against ph925 arising from your use of the platform.

15 Amendments

ph925 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, ph925 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by email to all registered account holders prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the ph925 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue your use of ph925 and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.2.

16 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation and regulation of online gaming platforms serving Philippine players, including but not limited to relevant provisions of the Presidential Decree No. 1869 (PAGCOR Charter), as amended, and the Republic Act No. 9287 as applicable.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent ph925 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect ph925's legitimate business interests, intellectual property, or to prevent irreparable harm.
